Destiny Ranch Events is a rustic wedding venue on 38 acres of central Florida countryside in Bushnell, surrounded by oak trees and incredible scenery — a perfect setting for weddings and private events between Orlando and Tampa.
At the heart of the ranch stands the Legacy Barn, built in the early 1900s in Georgia to accommodate the army and later moved to Florida. It was restored to keep its old charm, and today it pairs that character with a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen and full audio & video equipment.
Outside, our sunset-facing outdoor ceremony site sits beneath the oaks, and picture-perfect locations are scattered across the property. Horses and cows live on the ranch and make a memorable addition to your day.

What's your seating capacity?
The Legacy Barn seats up to 180 guests — a flexible fit for small and medium weddings in Central Florida.
Do you allow outside caterers?
Yes — we're one of the few Florida wedding venues that allow outside catering. Cook your own food in our commercial kitchen or hire any caterer you like.
Can I bring my own liquor?
Yes — we're a BYO liquor wedding venue. Bring your own alcohol; you just need a licensed bartender serving.
What's your payment schedule?
$500 due at signing (your date is officially reserved) · $1,000 due in 60 days · $1,000 due in 120 days · $1,000 due in 180 days · $1,000 due in 240 days (Saturday weddings only) · balance paid 60 days prior to the wedding.
Do we have to use your preferred vendors?
No — but we're happy to recommend great ones on request.
What time can we come in?
The bridal suites are available at 8am on your wedding day (10am for weekday weddings).
Is there a clean-up fee?
No — you just need to remove the items you brought with you. Cleaning and trash removal are included.
What time does the event need to end?
Music stops at 10pm and lights out at 11pm (9pm/10pm on weekdays).
Can I set up or rehearse the day before?
Unfortunately our schedule doesn't allow it.
Is the barn air-conditioned?
The barn has powerful ceiling fans (and portable heaters in winter). The kitchen and both suites are air-conditioned.
Do I need event insurance?
We highly recommend it — it typically costs $150–$250 and can be purchased online.
Do you require a security deposit?
Weddings starting September 2026 require a $250 deposit paid a week before the event, refunded within 3 days after the event if there are no incidents.
What's your cancellation policy?
Dates canceled by the client are non-refundable. Dates may be rescheduled by the venue due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, governmental or societal actions, or infrastructure failures.
